We are currently shipping to India only.
Across India, we ship to over 16,000 pincodes and offer Prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD) services, both.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above Rs. 499. For COD orders, a handling charge may apply at checkout and will be displayed clearly before payment. The total price displayed at checkout, including all applicable taxes, shipping charges, and COD handling fees (if any), is the final amount payable.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
We usually process orders within 48 working hours after receiving an order. Once shipped, our logistics partner can take anywhere from 3 to 6 days to get the order delivered to you. Users in metro cities can expect faster delivery (within 3 days). Under exceptional circumstances like natural calamity, or during festival season, or due to any unprecedented issues, deliveries might take longer than usual.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government-imposed restrictions, or logistics partner failures due to force majeure conditions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays to you.

COD Terms
Only cash payments will be accepted while delivering the order under the COD format. Demand Draft/Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment.
Third-Party Purchases
We do not take responsibility for the authenticity, quality, and packaging issues of our products if they are purchased from third-party websites, pharmacies, grocery shops, or a third person. Only purchases made directly at www.theformularx.com are covered under this shipping policy.
