Refund policy

We at THEFORMULARX always thrive to provide you the best customer experience. In case of any concern and query we always encourage you to personally reach out to us. 

  • Kindly note that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, therefore we can not accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
  • Orders once processed and shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy
  • The FormulaRx is not responsible for any damage caused after the products are delivered
  • All our products are made using well researched ingredients. However customers are requested to do a patch test before they use the product and if any irritation or red patches appear, they are advised to discontinue use of the products.
  • All disputes are subject to Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.

Kindly note, we offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

  • You received a wrong shipment
  • You received an expired/ spilled product

In case of receiving a wrong shipment, please raise a return/ replacement request within 24-48 hours from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at support@theformularx.com

No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 24-48 hours from the time of delivery of the product.

Please allow us 48-72 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps. Once we receive reverse pickup, our service team will review the package. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will ship the correct order or will initiate the refund.

Refunds for spilled or missing products will only be processed only if an unedited and unpaused video is sent to us within 24 hours of delivery. Our service team will review the video. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 48-72 hours.

 

Third-Party Purchases

We do not take responsibility for the authenticity, quality, and packaging issues of our products if they are purchased from third-party websites, pharmacies, grocery shops, or a third person.
