Job Overview:
As a Social Media Content Creator at The Formularx, you will be responsible for developing engaging and innovative content for our social media platforms to promote brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will work closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize, create, and distribute captivating content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the brand's objectives.
- Ideate and create innovative and engaging content for various social media platforms. (Instagram,Youtube etc.)
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and feedback to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals. Film, capture,and edit content independently, showcasing creativity and originality.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement best practices for maximum impact. Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- These responsibilities are not exhaustive and may evolve as per the needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video creation and hosting with a compelling on-camera presence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and content types.
- Creative and innovative thinker, capable of generating fresh content ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both on-camera presentations and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific content strategies.
- Flexibility to work across various content formats, with a proactive approach to collaboration and content development.
